1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HifzAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and NxGenZ Technologies ("NxGenZ", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
HifzAI is a Quran memorization application that provides AI-powered recitation feedback, practice analytics, spaced repetition scheduling, and related features. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
- Free Tier: 5 minutes of AI recording feedback per day, access to all 114 surahs for reading, quiz mode on Juz 30, and 3 built-in reciters.
- Paid Plans: Basic, Standard, and Pro tiers with increased recording limits and premium features. Plans are billed monthly or yearly via Lemon Squeezy (web) or in-app purchase (iOS/Android).
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@nxgenz.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
- Resell or redistribute the App or its services
- Upload content that is not Quranic recitation
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and content are owned by NxGenZ Technologies. Quranic text is the word of Allah and is not owned by us. QPC v2 fonts are used under their respective license. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
HifzAI is provided "as is" for educational and practice purposes. AI transcription accuracy may vary. The App is designed to complement — not replace — qualified Quran teachers. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI feedback.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxGenZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
